Georgia Natural Gas Makes Paying Your Gas Bill Easy

Running short on time? Want to spend less time paying bills and more time doing the things that truly matter to you? Georgia Natural Gas understands. That’s why we offer several convenient ways to pay your monthly natural gas bill.

Before you decide how to pay your bill, remember that payment in full is due on or before the due date shown on your bill. The number of days between the bill date and the due date may vary, but you’ll always have at least 20 days from the date GNG mails you the bill before payment is due.

Simply choose the payment option that best suits your needs.

  • Online through your checking or savings account. Save time by paying online. This service is available nearly 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and it’s easy to register. Budget Billing Plan
We also offer our customers a way to make their monthly payments for gas service more uniform throughout the year. Under the Budget Billing Plan, we establish a monthly budget payment based on a customer’s estimated cost of gas service over 12 billing cycles. In colder winter months, when gas bills typically are higher, customers on the plan usually underpay their monthly gas charges. In the summer months, when gas bills typically are lower, customers on the plan pay more than their actual monthly gas usage.

At least once a year we calculate the difference between the budgeted amount paid and the actual usage for that period. This difference, called a variance, can be either a debit or a credit. We use that variance to help calculate a new monthly payment for the next budget period.

Please note that GNG reserves the right to limit the availability of the Budget Billing Plan.
